Two South Carolina firms, ADC Engineering, Inc. and RB Todd Consulting Engineers are merging to better serve their clients.
The merger between ADC, a firm that offers civil, structural and aviation engineering and landscape architecture services from offices in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville and RB Todd, a civil engineering firm in Columbia, South Carolina will allow both firms to better serve clients in the Midlands and increase the depth of resources throughout the state.
Since 2005 RB Todd has provided civil engineering services to clients in educational, recreational, municipal and state sectors. RB Todd has completed over 1,000 projects and specializes in site design, roadways and highways, stormwater management and utilities.
Bruce Todd, president of RB Todd will become an ADC principal and lead the civil engineering operations in Columbia. After a short transition as ADC/RB Todd, RB Todd will assume the ADC Engineering, Inc. name.
“Merging with another firm that shares ADC’s values and philosophies is very exciting,” said Chris Cook, vice president of ADC. “We have admired Bruce’s reputation and work ethic for years and we look forward to bringing our combined talents to clients and communities in the Columbia area.”
Founded in 1990, ADC provides design solutions to clients in aviation, education, healthcare, hospitality, state and federal, recreational and private commercial developers.
