The original supports of the 200-year-old building were failing, causing the facade to cave out toward the street. This emergency condition required the facade to be secured and repaired.
ADC designed a front wall stabilization structure that secured the wall, allowed pedestrian protection, and contractor work space. It took ADC only 78 days from the first call to ADC to in-place construction.
