The purpose of this project was to provide a new facility that houses a large truck service facility and replaced the inadequate body shop. A new quick service facility (Quick Lane) was constructed, the existing service building was renovated, and the showroom was demolished and re-built with a smaller two-story footprint.
Highlight: This project started as a renovation and expansion of the existing building. but the project became a major overhaul of the entire property to create a highly-visible dealership with state-of-the-art facilities and a significant increase in car inventory and display area. To accomplish this without interrupting operations, ADC developed a three-phase site construction approach.
