Description:
The new 88-acre military campus includes twenty buildings and 1,500 parking spaces to establish a new complex for the housing, training and education of 3,000 marines. The challenging site was surrounded by creeks and wetlands. included master planning new utilities that would serve this campus and future phases of the campus. New utilities included a new 750,000 gallon elevated water tank, regional sewer lift station and the installation of a 12” water line under a large creek and wetland area.
